Discipline resources have an important influence on the level of discipline education and are also the key factors for the long-term development of higher education.The empirical analysis of discipline resources with the help of mathematical model is beneficial to improve the efficiency of discipline resource utilization in the whole province,and to establish and perfect a reasonable and efficient system of university resource construction.At the same time,it is of great significance to enrich the content and mode of discipline evaluation and rationally allocate the resources of colleges and universities if we can establish the efficiency evaluation system of "input-output" discipline resource allocation,which is in line with international common practice and provides universal significance for domestic colleges and universities.Taking the primary discipline of key construction in Hunan province for 2011-2015 years as the research object,taking the input-output situation of discipline resources in Hunan Province as the research problem,this paper selects 168 primary disciplines in Hunan Province as the research discipline,analyzes its construction status and constructs the evaluation Index system of discipline resource allocation efficiency.The 168 disciplines are divided into four disciplines,humanities,administration,life science and administration,and the DEA data envelope analysis model is used to analyze the efficiency results of discipline resource allocation and scale compensation in Hunan province.Based on the results of efficiency evaluation,this paper uses Tobit model to analyze the related factors affecting the efficiency of discipline resource allocation in Hunan Province,selects three variables of quality,achievement transformation and construction funds of teachers and students,and probes into the level of teacher's education,students ' academic level,patented inventions,transfer of scientific research achievements,The influence degree and correlation of the utilization rate of construction funds and the funding of scientific research projects on the efficiency of discipline resource allocation in Hunan province.Finally,the paper summarizes the main research results of the article and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the process of discipline resource allocation.At the same time,the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper are analyzed,and the possible future research directions in the field of discipline resources are prospected.
