| Affordable housing(hereinafter referred to as affordable housing)is an important part of social security,from the initial establishment of the housing system in 1998,after more than 20 years of development,by 2020 the national coverage rate of affordable housing reached 20%.But from the previous development path it is not difficult to see that a city’s housing construction is dominated by policy objectives,but how to match the city but few people pay attention to.Therefore,this paper takes the housing security level of cities in Shanxi Province as the research background,extracts the factors that affect the urban housing security level through research and literature review,and analyzes the factors,establishes the equation model of the structure equation of the influence mechanism of housing security level to analyze the degree and influence path of each factor.Then the level of housing security in cities in Shanxi Province is evaluated by the entropy evaluation method.The research content and research results of this paper mainly include:19 factors affecting the level of housing security through literature analysis,and the 19 factors for the production of questionnaires for the residents of shanxi province housing(including residents and applicants)and engaged in the construction of affordable housing related people(i.e.experts)to conduct questionnaire sit-in survey.The main component analysis method of SPSS software was used to extract 19 influencing factors into 4 influencing factors,named as government supply capacity,commercial housing market development,urban residents demand scale and affordable housing market development.In order to analyze the degree of influence of these factors on the level of housing security and the path of influence,a structural equation model of the influencemechanism of housing security level in Shanxi Province is established.Through the analysis of the validation factors of the model,we get that among the four factors affecting the level of housing security,the scale of urban residents’ demand has the greatest impact,the total impact coefficient is 0.95,followed by the government supply capacity,the influence coefficient is 0.78,and the influence coefficient of the development of the affordable housing market is 0.67.Finally,the commercial housing market developed to 0.55.The most critical factor in the government supply capacity factor is the per capita fiscal income and per capita fiscal expenditure,the most critical factor in the urban residents’ demand scale factor is the urbanization rate,and the most critical factor in the development factor of the commodity housing market is the commodity housing price.The most critical factor in the development factor of the affordable housing market is the amount of housing investment.In order to analyze the level of housing security in Shanxi Province,we applied the entropy method evaluation model on the basis of the data obtained by empirical analysis to evaluate the housing security level in Shanxi cities.Finally,it is concluded that the housing security level is low in Minnan City,Baoji City and Hanzhong City,Shanxi Province,and the housing security level is higher in Yulin City,Yan’an City and Shanglo City.The difference in the city score of the government supply capacity and the scale of urban residents’ demand among the four major sound factors is obvious,While the city scores of urban residents’ demand scale differ significantly among the four major impact factors,the city scores of government labor supply capacity,commercial housing market development and affordable housing market development are relatively similar. |
