This article is based on the background of actively deepening China ' s mixed ownership reform in 2013.At present,the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises has experienced considerable development in the country ' s vigorous advocacy.The introduction of private enterprises in the form of mixed ownership reform by state-owned enterprises has continued to deepen and has rich practical experience.Therefore,exploring and studying the cooperative path and performance of China's mixed enterprises in the introduction of private enterprises in China's mixed ownership reform has certain practical significance for the development of mixed ownership reform in China.The article uses a combination of literature research methods,event research methods,financial analysis and other methods.First,it introduces the research results and related theoretical background of domestic and foreign academia mixed ownership reforms,and then this article describes the cases of participating in the mixed ownership reform.The basic situation of the company's state-owned enterprises Huatian Hotel and Huaxin Hengyuan,the path of the reform and the relevant motivations for both parties to participate in the mixed ownership reform are described in detail,and an in-depth analysis of the performance of this reform is made.The reform performance is mainly evaluated from the three aspects of market performance before and after the mixed ownership reform,financial performance and non-financial performance of Huatian Hotel.The results show that after the introduction of private capital,Huatian Hotel did not show good results.The implementation of the strategy is not in place,the nature of the operation of the target company is different,and the major environmental impact of the hotel industry is significant.The countermeasures proposed by the failure to introduceprivate capital to Huatian Hotel include mixed ownership reform.Both parties need to implement the strategic goals in place.State-owned enterprises After introducing private capital,we should focus on resource integration and strictly regulate the corporate governance structure and organizational system.Finally,based on the detailed analysis of the failure cases of Huatian Hotel's mixed ownership reform,it summarizes the deficiencies of Huatian Hotel's mixed ownership reform and provides corresponding references for other enterprises that choose mixed ownership reform.As the "Hunan Mixed Ownership Reform First Show",Huatian Hotel launched the mixed ownership reform in 2014,which is typical for this case.
