In recent years,with the rapid development of economic globalization and the widespread application of e-commerce,competition in global foreign trade has become increasingly fierce.At the same time as China's export demand continues to increase,the government has introduced a number of measures to promote the steady growth of foreign trade,providing new opportunities for China's foreign trade enterprises to improve their international competitiveness.However,while foreign trade enterprises are facing opportunities,there are also a lot of uncertain factors and export risks,such as trade barriers between countries.Especially in terms of marketing,many companies cannot correctly understand the current opportunities and challenges,and it is easy to lose out in fierce international competition.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the marketing strategies of foreign trade enterprises.This article takes Y Foreign Trade Company as an example.First,it clarifies the research content and research significance,and summarizes the existing literature,research ideas and methods.Second,it introduces related theories,including the SWOT analysis method that provides guidance and reference for the research content.,STP theory,Porter's five-force model and other theories and methods.According to the internal and external environment,industry environment of Y Foreign Trade Company,and the problems existing in the current marketing situation,it proposes targeted marketing strategies to improve the core competitiveness of Y Foreign Trade Company.Finally,this article carried out marketing strategy optimization for Y Foreign Trade Company involving STP positioning,4PS marketing theory,e-commerce,etc.,and then formulated corresponding implementation plans and safeguard measures.This has certain guiding significance for the development of Y foreign trade companies,and also has certain reference significance for similar companies.
