Research On The Management Of Working Capital For D Group

Working capital management is the foundation of the whole capital operation of an enterprise.An enterprise must have proper working capital to maintain normal operation.Enterprises must abandon the traditional concept and method of working capital management,and guide the operation of enterprises through the modern financial management concept,so as to improve the ability of working capital management and reduce financial risks.Under the influence of external environment,Ejiao company in China began to appear bottleneck slowly.Although this dilemma is affected by the global economic crisis and other external environment,but more importantly,its own basic operating structure is unreasonable,and its working capital management efficiency is low,which has a profound impact on the stable development of Ejiao company.Through case analysis,this dissertation analyzes working capital management of D company from multiple perspectives,aiming to find out the problems existing in working capital management of D company,and put forward corresponding optimization scheme,which is conducive to improving the company's profitability and anti-risk ability.It first describes the working capital situation of D company,and then uses the working capital management theory to describe the working capital structure,debt financing management mode,capital management mode,inventory competitiveness and upstream and downstream relationship management of D company.Then,it points out the existing problems in working capital management of D company.finally,in view of the existing problems in working capital management of D company,from the perspective of working capital management theory,it puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme and safeguard measures.The conclusion of this paper is: first of all,it puts forward the optimization scheme of working capital management in the purchase,production,sales and financial activities of D company.In view of the current working capital situation of D company,this paper puts forward measures to strengthen the working capital management and guarantee the operation environment of the four optimization schemes mentioned above,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the optimization scheme itself and the coordination among all links.For example,we should enhance the management consciousness of working capital management,establish the mode of "Internet plus" network operation,strengthen the cooperation among various departments of D group and strengthen the construction of financial personnel.
