Research On Working Capital Management Of SF Express Based On Value Chain

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,e-commerce enterprises have also grown and grown,and the demand of consumers for logistics and distribution services has gradually increased,and logistics enterprises have emerged.Working capital plays an important role in prolonging the added value of the enterprise and realizing the long-term goal of the enterprise.To strengthen the management of working capital is not only conducive to enhancing the liquidity of enterprise capital,but also can create great value for enterprises and affect the market competitiveness of enterprises.Logistics industry has the characteristics of large capital demand gap and intensive turnover.The daily operation of working capital directly affects the market competitiveness of logistics enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to control the working capital of logistics enterprises.Value chain management is an effective management tool for enterprises to keep strategic advantages in the market competition for a long time from the perspective of overall strategic management.The combination of value chain management concept and working capital is a new concept,which can help enterprises to realize the integration and allocation of resources,manage and control the working capital of enterprises on the basis of the overall strategic objectives,enhance the value of enterprises,and maintain the advantages of enterprises in the fierce market competition.After understanding the relationship between value chain management and working capital management of logistics enterprises,this paper studies the working capital management mode from the perspective of value chain.The scope of the study is large,from the study of a single project to a higher perspective to explore the methods of working capital management,so that the original working capital management theory is enriched.Taking SF express as an example,by analyzing the current situation of SF Express' s working capital management,this paper finds out the problems existing in SF Express' s working capital management,and then,guided by the problems,establishes a new mode of working capital management from the perspective of value chain to integrate the value chain with the enterprise's working capital management,so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprise's working capital management.This new idea points out a new direction for the future use of value chain of logistics enterprises,and has practical significance for strengthening the working capital control of logistics enterprises in China.
