Commercial banks should transform their business thinking and actively promote the realization of the goal of financial supply-side structural reform.According to the central spirit,commercial Banks under the new situation of the work goal should be to support the real economy,keep a big risk,pratt &whitney financial development as the core,to optimize the credit structure adjustment,strengthen risk control ability,adhere to service the real economy,enhance the effectiveness of financial supply and develop the finance as the focus of current development of science and technology.However,in the current period of economic downturn,the credit supply of commercial Banks is concentrated in large state-owned enterprises,government-backed customers and other customers with relatively strong anti-risk ability,which makes them shy away from the high risks of private enterprises,small and micro enterprises.How to adjust credit structure scientifically and prevent credit risk is the main problem that commercial Banks are facing now.Taking jilin branch of China construction bank as an example,this paper studies the credit risk management of large and medium-sized customer loans,and explores how to improve the credit risk management ability and implement the requirements of financial supply-side structural reform.Based on the analysis of large and medium-sized credit customer loan business and credit risk management in jilin branch of China construction bank,this paper analyzes the problems in credit risk management and their causes.The first problem is that the customers fail to unify the credit management.Because there are several subsidiaries in CCB group and several business lines in CCB,the comprehensive credit management of some customers is not comprehensive.Second,there is a high concentration of loan risk.In the credit structure of CCB jilin branch,the credit line of customers with large state-owned enterprises and government background accounts for an excessively high proportion.According to the credit situation of customers,some of the bank’s large and medium-sized customers have risk factors of different degrees.Third,the customer risk identification is formalized,and some credit risk management personnel fail to fully analyze the customer materials and fail to detect the risks in the enterprise operation.Based on the analysis of the credit risk management mechanism and process of the large and medium-sized customer credit business of CCB jilin branch,it is found that the reason for the problem is that the credit risk management mechanism of the loan is not sound,and it is unable to carry out comprehensive credit risk management for customers from the perspective of CCB group.The allocation of customer credit resources is not coordinated,the credit concentration of customers with the background of state-owned enterprises and the government is too high,and the credit supply is too inclined to large state-owned enterprises and government customers.The post-loan management of credit risk is not in place,the credit risk management technology needs to be improved,the analysis ability of financial statements is insufficient,and the application of information technology is insufficient.On this basis,this paper combines the above problems to carry on the concrete analysis to the jilin branch of China construction bank,and puts forward the corresponding Suggestions to the credit risk management.First,establish the group’s comprehensive financing management mechanism and continuously improve the credit risk management capacity by strengthening the comprehensive financing management mechanism;Second,fine adjustment of credit resource planning,scientific adjustment and optimization of credit structure,focus on the credit risk of key credit customers,select key industries,marketing key customers;Third,improve the risk warning system and risk control measures.By strengthening the credit risk analysis of existing customers,build a credit risk management system,improve the level of financial statement analysis,and further improve the construction of information technology system,so as to lay a good foundation for the long-term and effective development of credit risk management for large and medium-sized customers.
