Research On Channel Selection And Coordination Strategy Of Closed-loop Supply Chain Under The Background Of Multiple Manufacturer

Currently we are in the social background,the economy has been developed at a high speed,bringing convenience to people's production and life,but also bring a lot of problems.For example,the serious pollution of the environment and the low utilization of resources are all serious threats to people's society and survival.Closed-loop supply chain based on this background,as a new management model,has been applied in many industries.The recovery channels involved and coordination strategies are complex and critical,and how to choose a more suitable recycling channel is crucial.Different closed-loop supply chain recovery channels are introduced in this study.corresponding coordination strategy to contrast the final effect.The research structure is:First,introduced the research background and significance of this paper,and the current research situation at home and abroad,the research methods used in this paper are summarized.Second,the theoretical basis related to closed-loop supply chain are expounded,including closed-loop supply chain,coordination theory and recovery channel theory.In addition,analyzed the differences between other supply chains and closed-loop supply chains.Third,considering the product particularity of the electronic industry,such as short life cycle,fast replacement,high degree of price since.Take the industry as an example of manufacturing Different closed-loop supply chain recycling channels under the environment of commercial competition are introduced,the basic assumptions,related problems and the symbols involved are analyzed,different recovery channels are introduced,and the performance of different channels is compared and analyzed.Fourth,according to the different recycling channels,help the electronic industry to choose the corresponding coordination strategy.The utility of retailers participating in the recycling model and manufacturers participating in the recycling model are analyzed,and the difference of results before and after coordination is compared.Fifth,summarize the main conclusions of this study,and put forward the future research direction and focus.By comparing different recycling channels,it is found that the total utility of the system is the largest in the context of centralized decision making,which means that enterprises can use the way of cooperation to obtain higher benefits.
