Medicines are commodity,but it also reflects the national strength is a kind of an important symbol of national quality of life.So medical reform is undertaken in the early years of China's reform and opening is an important reform.Today with the rising of the strength of a country,the constant improvement of the national income,type of drug development in China has experienced from scarce,to the serious shortage of quantity,quality,to research and development and inadequate innovation course,with the increase of national investment,foreign technology and capital to enter,domestic innovation power boost,pharmaceuticals market gradually enter a benign development stage.Over the past decade is the rapid development of medicine market 10 years,the state of the national health insurance costs continues to increase investment,national emphasis on health and into,make pharmaceuticals market appeared continuous high-speed growth.But after a high-speed development stage,the severe market competition environment,countries in the medical insurance expense of growing conditions,continue the policy of reform,in that climate pharmaceuticals market will gradually return to a rational state of development.Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise under the influence of the environment,facing the market growth gradually slowed,production and cost of sales increased year by year,the profit space is reduced,the external competitive disadvantage factors,such as need to adjust the strategy,to maintain sustainable development,and obtain the advantage in the competition.Company B has a unique advantage in the market.But under the environment there are also many obstacles.This study will focus on the following issues: is it necessary for company B to implement the sales outsourcing model? Is China's drug market suitable for the continued growth of drugs? Is it worth continuing to invest in an anesthetic market? Is the sales outsourcing cooperation model suitable for such products? Is project investment and income feasible? Is the project risk controllable?In this study for MBA knowledge and methods(market analysis,marketing positioning,financial management,investment management,business plans and other relevant theoretical knowledge)to conduct a comprehensive understanding,after digestion and use,to company B inhalation anesthesia products sales outsourcing investment plan to carry on the omni-directional demonstration and analysis from multiple perspectives,determine whether the project is feasible,in order to get related support of the company.Emphatically from the project investment plan,product positioning,project positioning,microscopic analysis,policy analysis,macro marketing mode selection,product cooperation,financial budget,project profit evaluation,risk analysis and control of project analysis and assessment.Finally,through detailed analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.It is necessary to implement the sales outsourcing model for company B's inhalation of narcotic products;2.The drug market in China is suitable for the continuous growth of drugs;3.The market for inhalation of anesthesia is worthy of continued investment;4.The cooperation mode of sales outsourcing is suitable for the products of company B;5.Feasibility of project investment and income;6.Project risks can be controlled.Therefore,it is feasible to obtain the investment plan of company B for the sales outsourcing of narcotic products.
