Research On Market Supervision In The Follow-up Of Commercial System Reform Based On Cooperative Governance

The reform of the commercial registration system at the beginning of 2013 has completed a drastic change in the field of the commercial registration system since the reform and opening up,and ushered in a new era of the commercial registration system.With the upsurge of entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the people and the increasingly active main body of the market economy in our country,the issue of supervision has increasingly become the focus of attention of various departments.From a practical point of view,the current follow-up supervision of commercial reform is still in the exploratory stage,has not yet formed a set of specific methods,technology and evaluation standards,and the relevant theoretical research results are less.Need to combine with practice,systematically study the follow-up supervision of commercial reform,find out countermeasures and solve them.Guangdong Province is the region that launched the reform of commercial system earlier.Zhaoqing City,following the pace of the reform of the province's commercial system,promulgated and implemented the measures for the Registration of domicile(Business place)of the Market main body of Zhaoqing City in November 2015,with strict control,especially simplifying registration procedures,and further relaxing the conditions for enterprise registration.it is committed to playing a positive role in promoting employment,promoting economic development,and stimulating the enthusiasm of the public to start a business.Since the end of 2018,the online registration of the establishment of enterprises has been gradually promoted,and the reform of the commercial hierarchy has gradually entered the stage of improvement;in January 2019,the Action Plan for deepening the Reform of the Commercial system in Zhaoqing City was issued,further clarifying the objectives and tasks of the reform of the commercial system in the ideological framework led by the government,and defining the future trend and direction of the reform.Based on the relevant policy documents of business registration reform,this paper briefly describes the research background,research significance and purpose of policy tracking business reform.According to the relevant domestic and foreign policies and the research literature of the follow-up supervision of business system reform,combined with the Z district policy of Zhaoqing City,this paper analyzes the background of the follow-up supervision of business system reform and the application of Z District,presenting a panoramic view of the follow-up supervision of Z district business reform Based on the interview,the paper analyzes the current problems and causes of the follow-up supervision.From the perspective of collaborative supervision,we will explore the following suggestions for improving thefollowing regulatory issues: first,to build an honest and trustworthy market economy environment;the two is to build a synergistic and efficient collaborative supervision system;the three is to explore the "Internet plus" regulatory mode and enhance the accuracy of collaborative supervision.
