Bus service is the main component of public transport services,and it is also an important component of urban public services.It is also one of the main obstacles to the rapid development of cities.With the development of urbanization and the improvement of living standards,especially after entering a new era,people’s requirements for the service quality of buses have also increased,which makes bus services particularly important in the field of public services.As a direct window of social services,the improvement of the bus’ s service capacity can improve the government’s public service capacity and promote the development of local economy.Studying the problems in Zhaoqing’s bus service and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving buses are of great practical significance to Zhaoqing’s economic development and social harmony and stability.This article takes the bus service problem in Zhaoqing as the starting point,classifies and analyzes relevant research results at home and abroad through the literature method and comparative analysis method,and analyzes the development of public transport services in Hong Kong,Xianning,Qingzhou,Edinburgh,Curitiba and Bogota.Experience,thinking about and exploring the existing problems of bus services in Zhaoqing and putting forward countermeasures suitable for the development of buses in Zhaoqing.Using questionnaire survey methods and interview methods on the basis of urban bus related theories,the objective materials of the basic situation of Zhaoqing City buses and the true reflection of the citizens were obtained,and the satisfaction level of passengers with bus services in Zhaoqing City was understood.Provide reliable evidence.Through the service survey questionnaire and service situation interview to understand the bus service situation in Zhaoqing,five countermeasures were obtained: one is to implement the bus policy to increase capital investment and establish a guarantee mechanism;the second is to scientifically plan conventional bus lines and promote public participation through multiple channels;and the third is to improve the bus management system and improve the service consciousness of staff and passengers.At the level,the fourth is to connect with the times to create an intelligent bus,and the fifth is to seize the opportunity,innovate the model,and vigorously promote the bus priority strategy.All in all,government,technical and social support are needed to improve bus services.To optimize bus services in Zhaoqing requires the joint efforts of the government and the general public.The development and improvement of bus services in Zhaoqing is not only the responsibility and obligations of the government,but also the inescapable responsibility of thecitizens of Zhaoqing.
