The main body of this paper is ChinaMobile Internet of things Co,(Hereinafter referred to as CMIOT company).CMIOT company is a wholly-owned specialized subsidiary of a well-known communication operator under the background of a state-owned enterprise.Based on the field of Internet of things,focusing on the strategic positioning of "the support of Internet of things business services,the provider of special modules and chips,and the promoter of special products of Internet of things",it professionally operates the special network of Internet of things,designs and produces special modules of Internet of things With chips,we have created Internet of vehicles,smart home,smart wear and other featured products,developed and operated Internet of things software platform,promoted Internet of things solutions,and formed a five direction business layout and an all-round architecture of "cloud management end" of Internet of things.CMIOT has more than 3000 employees since its establishment in September 2012.The rapid expansion of the organization scale makes the company gradually transition from the initial stage to the stage of forcing itself to stand firm in the market,but with the complexity of the market and the growth of the scale,the efficiency of the organization is facing new challenges.How to make the organization maintain its advantages in ability,efficiency,quality and efficiency,stimulate the organization's vitality and firmly base on the Internet of things market,has become an issue that enterprises have to pay attention to.Therefore,this paper will systematically sort out the current situation,problems,causes and impacts of CMIOT's organizational effectiveness at this stage,and under the guidance of the theory of organizational effectiveness,make a study on CMIOT At this stage,the company evaluates the actual situation of organizational effectiveness,puts forward the specific problems existing in its organizational effectiveness management,and puts forward the targeted solutions based on combing the advantages of organizational effectiveness of typical enterprises at home and abroad.This research starts with the current situation of CMIOT 's operation and puts forward the practical problems of enterprises.Guided by the relevant theories of organizational efficiency,it evaluates the actual situation of CMIOT 's organizational efficiency at this stage,puts forward the specific problems existing in its organizational efficiency management,and puts forward the targeted solutions based on combing the advantages of domestic and foreign classic enterprises' organizational efficiency.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background and significance,research of CMIOT and take into account the internal and external markets to comprehensively layout the next stage of development of the enterprise.Third,expand new markets and enhance market control.Continue to strengthen CMIOT 's corporate brand awareness,ensure the stability of the market,optimize its own sales system,and expand the market by retreating.Fourth,optimize organizational management,improve the operation ability of enterprises,promote the management of enterprises to be more focused and improve the operation ability through system optimization.Fifth,improve employee satisfaction and cultivate loyal employees.Gradually establish a harmonious employee relationship,increase the cohesion of the enterprise,and promote the growth of employees with cohesion as the starting point.Sixth,optimize the incentive mechanism,improve the incentive form of the company,establish and improve the incentive mechanism by learning from Huawei,and enrich the incentive form of the enterprise.Seventh,we need to increase investment and start businesses within enterprises.Strengthen diversified investment management,reduce the risk of enterprise operation,and provide supporting
