Longchang Founded in 2003 in Huizhou,Guangdong Province,with the Chinese mainland 's "demographic dividend" gradually disappeared,and continuously improve manufacturing costs,the company moved in 2010 to a lower manufacturing cost Vietnam.Although the company 's environment has changed,but the company's management or in use at the time of application of the old continent production management mode,management mode with no change in this environment to adjust,management lags behind the mode of production,reducing the efficiency of the organization.Companies with low productivity,unstable product quality,the rejection rate increase and other phenomena,reducing the market competitiveness of products,the impact of the subsequent development of the company.By analyzing the existing problems Longchang company,found mainly in the case of workers,quality control,management,and process control equipment situation affect the organization 's efficiency in five areas.CAUSE This paper elaborates five aspects of organizational efficiency to reduce the actual production of all kinds of representation and resulting in the production of how it affects the efficiency of the organization,as well as long-term negative impact of these aspects of the company's development.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the main use of "lean " management mode now implementing management mode adjustment.By changing the workers,the efficiency of the five areas of product quality control,management,and process control equipment,raising the company's organizational efficiency,improve product quality,increase product margins,the company's development has played a positive the role of the " business continuity."Longchang company committed to building innovative system to improve organizational efficiency,to enhance organizational effectiveness through research path,as well as the importance of improving organizational efficiency Path has been great concern in other companies and executives in Vietnam,and it has become a lot enterprise economic growth bottleneck.This is related to how the company rapid and steady growth of development in the fierce competition in the market,and to be a similar problem for other companies to do a good reference.
