Product R & D personnel are technical innovation talents in high-tech enterprises.They have the technological innovation knowledge that is extremely needed for enterprise development.This technological innovation knowledge can be combined with other resources of the enterprise to be transformed into products and services with great market value.Incentives for product R & D personnel play a very important role in improving the overall efficiency of the enterprise.The quality of the incentive effect directly affects the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise,and it will play a decisive role in the selection,training,and use of talents.Therefore,based on the characteristics and needs of product R & D personnel,how to motivate and manage product R & D personnel and adopt practical incentive measures and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees are the fundamental guarantee for accomplishing corporate missions and the basic means to improve corporate competitiveness.Under the guidance of the incentive theory,this article analyzes the current research status at home and abroad and selects the current incentive model of Xiamen A state-owned enterprise product R & D personnel as the specific research object.Using questionnaire surveys,supplemented by face-to-face interviews,I took the opportunity to participate in the development of information system products in practical units,communicated with different types of product R & D personnel,carefully investigated and researched,and analyzed and summarized the problems and reasons in the existing incentive measures of Xiamen A state-owned product R & D personnel,meanwhile,this article conducts research on how to establish a scientific and efficient incentive model,and proposes specific improvement measures and related safeguard measures.Based on the analysis of the existing incentives of product R & D personnel and the reasons that affect the incentive effect of product R & D personnel,this article proposes optimization suggestions of incentive measures for strengthening R & D performance management,establishing competitive salary incentive models,increasing technology stock ownership and ownership incentives,improving R & D training,establishing a career planning mechanism,creating a harmonious corporate culture atmosphere and focusing on spiritual incentives.The effective implementation of incentive strategies is ensured by improving the capabilities of managers,establishing special teams for optimizing incentive strategies,formulating cost plans,and preventing deviations from incentive guidance.Through this series of incentive improvement and guarantee measures,it provided a useful reference for Xiamen A state-owned enterprise to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
