Risk Management Of Boiler Projects In H Company

Risk response is an important part of project management and is key to ensuring project cost,schedule and quality.Since entering the "13th Five-Year Plan",the state has increased the intensity of thermal power "de-capacity" and the boiler manufacturing industry has entered the "cold winter period." The boiler project has the characteristics of relatively long cycle,large investment,high technical requirements,and great influence by relevant laws and regulations as well as the country's regulatory development policies.Affected by state regulation,the traditional market is tightening.Although there are certain market potentials for small unit projects such as waste heat boilers,biomass boilers,and back pressure unit boilers,the user groups are more complex and demanding,and the boiler project execution uncertainty increases.Therefore,risk management has become one of the difficult tasks in the project management of boiler manufacturing enterprises.Strengthening risk management has become the most urgent need of boiler manufacturing enterprises.Based on H Company's boiler project risk management and the current boiler industry background,this paper firstly introduces the importance of risk management.Secondly,the project management process and characteristics of H Company are explained.Then,it analyzes the internal and external risks that may be encountered in the whole process of boiler project execution,and determines that the user risk,environmental risk,technical risk,schedule risk and quality risk as the five main risk factors.At last,the risk assessment model is constructed by AHP to evaluate the risk occurrence probability and influence degree of various risk factors,formulate the boiler project risk monitoring process,and determines the targeted risk control and response strategy.The fundamental purpose of this paper is to explore the risk management model of the boiler industry in order to adapt to the current situation and adapt to the risk management model of H company,and to promote the formation of a complete risk management process for the boiler manufacturing industry.
