A Research On The Development Strategy Of Beidou Technology In Zhumadian

Beidou satellite navigation system is the third largest satellite positioning navigation system in the world independently built and operated in China.It plays an important role in the fields of land mapping,ocean trade,national defense construction,economic construction and information security.In recent years,China's 13 th Five-Year Plan for Promoting the Rise of the Central Region has strongly supported the innovation and industrial development of Beidou science and technology.It has proposed to focus on building a Beidou navigation industrial base,advancing the Beidou foundation enhancement system,and building a Beidou navigation integrated service platform.Zhumadian Guozhiheng Beidou Technology Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhumadian Beidou Technology Co.Ltd.)as a high-tech industry supported by China's policy,is currently in the exploration stage of the privatization of China's military aviation industry and the development of emerging industries,its development level directly affects the construction process of China's innovative country.This study is based on the theory of enterprise strategic management,using literature analysis,case analysis,field research,PEST macroenvironmental analysis,SWOT analysis,Porter's five-force competition model and other strategic analysis tools.Based on the internal and external strategic environment analysis and the comprehensive analysis of enterprise competition situation and industrial chain analysis,Zhumadian Beidou Technology Co.,Ltd.has concluded that the Beidou Navigation Technology Industry as my current strategic emerging industry,Zhumadian Beidou Technology Co.,Ltd.relies on the national strategy and the core technology of Beidou.It has strong market potential,rich technical and policy resources,and enjoys a good regional strategic advantage.Zhumadian Beidou Technology Co.,Ltd.'s Beidou Science and Technology Industry,as the core industry of the powerful country,should take advantage of development opportunities,gather the company's internal advantages,and focus on the "growth strategy" created by core competitiveness;Facing the natural weakness and external threats of the company,such as the imminent saturation of the domestic market,the threat and challenge of international technology exhaust pressure are vulnerable to factors such as R&D risk,technology risk,investment risk and market risk.Therefore,the company must adhere to the "diversification management strategy","transformation strategy","defensive strategy" as an auxiliary strategy for development.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the strategic environment for the development of Zhumadian Beidou Science and Technology Corporation,this paper establishes that the future development of Zhumadian should continue to be based on Beidou navigation related science and technology,rely on policy advantages,gradually develop diversified business,broaden marketing channels,and face international competition.We will use management model innovation to promote the development of talents,raise the base visibility and brand effect,and promote the development strategy of cluster,industrialization,and large-scale development of Beidou navigation and related industrial enterprises in zhumadian,Henan province.Specifically from the definition of enterprise positioning,adhere to core competition;Diversified product layout,refined market;Promoting international development strategy with technological innovation;Set up the enterprise culture image,build the enterprise independent brand;We should also establish and improve a scientific management system for enterprises,implement a personnel training system to develop human resources,strengthen the control of capital operations,and increase the relevant mechanisms for infrastructure construction to ensure the implementation of the enterprise development strategy...
