In the global competition,the manufacturing industry has changed from the original single-variety and large-scale production to the task requirements of multi-variety,small-batch,development and batch mixed-line production,in order to enable enterprises to produce sustained and stable in a dynamic market environment,furthermore,balance efficiency and flexibility,the Virtual Cellular Manufacturing System(VCMS),which can respond quickly to changes in demand,has drawn the attention of scholars and enterprise.Virtual cell construction is the premise and basis for implementing virtual cellular manufacturing system,it is the process of identifying resources such as parts,equipment,employees,etc.that can construct virtual cell,it plays a decisive role in whether the workshop can respond to environmental changes in time.This paper uses the resource element to define the processing capabilities of equipment and employees,the processing requirements of parts,build virtual cells in units of resource elements,and consider the impact of employee skill proficiency on processing time,on this basis,configure the appropriate equipment and staff for the production of parts.Firstly,according to the variability of the production task combination,divide the planning period into multiple production cycles,and establish a multi-cycle virtual cell construction model under the constraints of human and equipment resources.Secondly,on the basis of periodic construction,design an event-driven virtual cell reconstruction scheme for the specific disturbance events about new orders arrive.Finally,take the capital aerospace machinery company's production workshop as the background,the virtual cell dynamic construction method proposed in this paper is applied to the actual case,and analyze the results,verify the feasibility and superiority of the method,which provides a reference for the actual production of the enterprise.
