At present,small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in China's economic development and social progress.But for a long time,the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)is difficult,expensive,slow and other problems have become the bottleneck restricting the development of SMEs,become the focus of social concern.In the current critical period of China's fight against the novel pneumonia,China's economic situation has been impacted by the epidemic,and SMEs are facing greater challenges in survival and development due to their weak ability to resist risks.The state has introduced a series of measures to support the resumption of work and production of SMEs.One of the important measures is to require commercial Banks to increase their credit support to SMEs.At present,domestic commercial Banks have attached importance to the development of credit business for SMEs.From the perspective of development,the credit business of SMEs is an important business in the credit market competition of commercial Banks at present and in the future,and vigorously developing the credit business of SMEs is the internal demand of the development of commercial Banks.However,for a long time,due to the small size of SMEs,their ability to resist risks is weak,loan defaults often occur,and the high ratio of loan assets of SMEs has been a common problem faced by commercial Banks.Under the influence of the epidemic,the possibility of concentrated exposure to credit risks of SMEs is further increased,presenting both opportunities and challenges for the development of credit business.A sound credit risk management system for SMEs is a prerequisite for the healthy development of credit business of commercial Banks,and also a necessary guarantee for commercial Banks to respond to the national call and increase their credit support to SMEs.This paper takes the credit risk management of SMEs in QD branch of bank B as the research subject and carries out in-depth research.At present,the relevant research results are mainly based on the analysis of specific credit risk factors and preventive strategies.Therefore,from the perspective of commercial Banks themselves,the establishment and improvement of SMEs credit risk management system has become the focus.First of all,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis involved in the research,including the concept of SMEss and credit risk,the causes and classification of SMEs credit risk,credit risk management theory,information asymmetry theory,credit rationing theory,transaction cost theory,etc.,to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.Second,the study of the branch current situation of the development of SMEs credit business,will face one of the main branches of SMEs credit business risk is divided into credit risk,market risk,operation risk three types,and the risk management of risk identification,risk measurement,risk analysis and assessment,risk control four key links of the branches of the status quo of SMEs credit risk management to conduct a comprehensive analysis.By means of case analysis and interview research,the problems existing in the credit risk management of SMEs in the branch are found out,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.The author believes that the current credit risk management of SMEs in the branch mainly has problems such as insufficient credit risk identification,risk measurement needs to be improved,and risk control is not timely.At the same time,the assessment system and business innovation also need to be further improved.Finally,according to the causes of the problems,Suggestions are put forward from aspects of comprehensively improving the credit risk management level,improving the credit assessment system and increasing the investment in science and technology finance.
