Analysis About System Element Of Huge Difference Of Income Distribution In China At Present Stage

After the period of opening and reformation,the government has greatly changed the income distribution polices,under the guidance of such opinion from Mr.Deng Xiaoping says that allowed and encouraged some people and some places become rich first,then the people and places which have rich already should help the other people and places leading them a way to wealth,and making all people get rich in the end.There is a new income distribution structure was built---distribution according to work takes the main place in polices and the other sorts of distribution existing with together.With this police changed,the former defect was deleted,people are not equalitarian any more but positive in working with passion and enthusiasm.As the result,the production capability improved and the people's living standard upgraded greatly.Writer's opinion was presented in this article including 5 parts in total.In first part,taking an overview on the income distribution polices,reviewed the history of the Chinese income distribution theory and models,according to study the path of that development,the writer analyzed the origin of the current income distribution model.In the second part,the writer combining with the retrospection of Chinese income distribution development described the main character---distribution unbalance and large income gap--in current phase in China.In the third part,the writer concentrates on the income distribution unbalance in aspect of system and polices,analyzing the origin reason for forming the income gap.In the forth part,the writer set Jilin province as an example,found out questions and comment it though studying statistics.In the fifth part,the writer put forwards his suggested measures about how to narrow the income gap in aspects of laws establishing and system practicing.In this article,the writer tried to initial from analyzing the systematic reason,finding out the systematic and political factors which are forming income gap.According to practical study,the writer analyzed the citizen and countryside income\industry income\ society ensure polices of Jilin province from 1997 to 2007,analyzing the reason for forming the income gap in detail in recent years of China,diagnose the problem and put forward suggestions in polices,in order to enrich the current theory system.
