| In recent years,the level of China's economic development has been constantly improved,and the development system of capital market has been more perfect.The development of the Internet field in China has reached an unprecedented height.However,in the process of the development of Internet enterprises,some limitations of operation and management have also been gradually highlighted.In the process of enterprise operation and management,financial risk is one of the important tasks Link,how to study and analyze the financial risk in the process of business management,how to effectively control the financial risk of the enterprise,will affect the healthy and long-term development of the enterprise.In this paper,storm group is selected as the research object.On the basis of combing the relevant literature and theoretical knowledge of financial risk,combined with the group's business development and financial status,the research is carried out.First of all,this paper introduces the basic business situation of storm group,and studies the financial data of storm group from 2015 to 2018 as the research sample.From the perspective of operational risk and financing risk in the process of enterprise operation and management,it comprehensively and scientifically analyzes and discusses the financial risks faced by enterprises.Secondly,it constructs the financial evaluation model by using the factor analysis method The scores of public factors representing different risks are calculated,the main financial risks faced by the group are analyzed and the overall financial risk status is evaluated.It is found that the main risks faced by Stormwind group are financing and investment risks.The financing risks come from the unreasonable debt scale and financing mode,while the investment risks come from the low return on investment and the inaccurate investment plan.Therefore,based on the current situation of the group's financial risks,this paper provides the corresponding risk control strategies. |
