Food is the foundation of human survival and development.The quality of food is particularly important.As an important part of food industry,dairy industry has research value.In the process of enterprise development,for the value created by enterprise management and development,whether the enterprise can carry out scientific and reasonable analysis determines the future development direction of the enterprise.But now most enterprises still take the analysis and research of financial report as the main evaluation method,but they ignore that equity capital can also create value for enterprises,which is the economic added value.The economic added value model creatively combines the accounting basis and value together,and is closely connected with the wealth of shareholders.In order to protect the capital invested by investors,enterprises will be more We should pay attention to the economic added value created,so as to standardize our own business behavior and make a comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise value.Therefore,it is imperative to analyze and study the enterprise EVA.This paper selects Yili shares,a leading dairy enterprise,to analyze and evaluate its value from 2012 to 2018,which has certain practical significance.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the theory part.Firstly,it analyzes the background and significance of the research,the research status of EVA theory at home and abroad and the theoretical content of enterprise evaluation,and establishes the relevant research model,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following practical cases.Then it introduces the characteristics of the most commonly used methods in enterprise value evaluation,and analyzes and selects EVA evaluation The advantages and comparative advantages of the evaluation method are analyzed and applied to the feasibility study of Yili Shares' s value evaluation;The second part is case analysis,which applies the theory of EVA value evaluation to specific case studies.Firstly,it introduces and analyzes the basic situation of Yili Shares,including industry development,company introduction and financial analysis,which paves the way for the selection of the following models and project adjustment,and then uses the value model to calculate the current real enterprise value of Yili Shares,Then it forecasts and analyzes the value of the enterprise in the next five years,proves the applicability of EVA to calculate the actual value of Yili Shares through the calculation results,and provides reference and direction for the management decision-making of managers and investors,so that the enterprise can make correct judgment,create more value,improve its competitiveness,and promote the long-term housing exhibition of the enterprise in the future.
