Enterprise value assessment is the basis and prerequisite for carrying out economic activities,it can effectively assess the intrinsic value of enterprises,and for managers,investment analysts to provide a reference,guiding role.In the modern society,it becomes more and more obvious that the risks faced by enterprises in the course of business are much higher.The enterprise value evaluation is much more widely used in investment decision-making and enterprise value management and other economic activities consequently.The paper introduces three basic methods of enterprise value evaluation,and gives the theoretical concept and research method.With different models selected in the evaluation process,it has different results,so the text is combined the unique nature of the dairy industry has analyzed the applicability of the enterprise's value assessment model,clarified the scope of application of the three basic methods,and identified the most widely used approach in the enterprise value assessment process.Stream model as the most important application model of this paper,based on the principle of discounted cash flow model designed in the article evaluation ideas.In the main course of the paper,the applicability of the discounted cash flow valuation method to the target company is analyzed,and the rationality and deficiency of the research are analyzed from different aspects of this method.(Hereinafter referred to as Yili Company)as a sample listed company,according to the identified evaluation of the analysis of the company's forecast of the company's free cash flow trends,on the other hand with other all aspects of the financial index data,based on the basis of the three stages of the assessment of the value of the enterprise,and the evaluation results were verified and sensitivity analysis,so the following conclusions: the use of discounted cash flow valuation method for the assessment The enterprise value of listed companies in dairy industry is relativelyscientific and effective.By combining the results of Yili's corporate value evaluation with the actual market value of the enterprise,the rationality of the discounted cash flow valuation method is verified,and the weighted capital cost compared with sustainable growth rate has a more important impact on enterprise value.
