As one of the important signs of the development of modern manufacturing technology and the emerging technology industry,industrial robots are of great significance in modern enterprise production.Compared with manual work,they have stability and durability.With the development of the intelligent level of industrial robots and the increasing cost of labor,more and more foreign manufacturing enterprises use the automatic production line composed of industrial robots to replace the manual production line,in order to stabilize product quality,improve production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Especially in the auto parts industry,robots are widely used in production.Under the background of the new normal era of the rising human cost and the increasingly fierce cost pressure of domestic auto parts enterprises,robot production line can meet the production needs of enterprises with multiple models,flexibility,high efficiency and mass production.The introduction of industrial robot production line to replace manual production line is bound to become the trend of production innovation in the future.At the same time,the robot production line also has the problems of high import cost and high technical requirements of production line design.Therefore,for domestic auto parts enterprises,it is of practical significance to analyze and study the design method and investment cost of industrial robot production line.In this paper,based on the analysis and arrangement of relevant domestic and foreign literature,combined with my practical work experience,using comparative analysis and other research methods,taking the suspension welding production line of company A as the research object,the specific design method and investment cost of robot welding production Line are described,and compared with the investment cost of manual welding production line,according to the proposed problems,analysis problems and solutions.The main research contents are as follows: firstly,the research background and significance of this topic,the research status of industrial robots and robot welding production lines at home and abroad are analyzed.Secondly,the composition of robot production line system such as robot body,welding system and control system and the theoretical analysis method of investment income are analyzed,which provides necessary theoretical support for the follow-up research of the paper.Again,it introduces the specific situation of company A and analyzes the current situation of the manualproduction line,puts forward the problems of the manual production line,and combs and analyzes the problems of personnel,efficiency,quality,etc.Finally,from the aspects of hardware and system design,technological process and layout,the design and implementation scheme of robot production line is put forward in detail,and the result of investment cost is obtained based on the design scheme,and the investment cost of manual production line and automatic production line is compared and analyzed by means of payback period.In this paper,through the actual case comparison of company A,the cost advantage of the robot production line is obtained,and the problem of design and cost accounting of the automatic welding production line of automobile body in white suspension robot is solved.So that other similar enterprises can learn from,in the future fierce market competition can improve the competitiveness of enterprises,to obtain sustainable development competitiveness.
