With China's economic transformation,the new economy has become an important direction of China's economic development.The new economy has the characteristics of new technology,new industry,new mode and new business form.With the arrival of the new economic era,the competition among enterprises gradually turns to the competition among the core competitiveness represented by human resources,which gradually becomes the source power of economic growth.Human resources are the most dynamic part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.At the same time,because of its unique creativity and learning,it is not possessed by other types of resources.Therefore,as the main body of an enterprise,people are always influencing the operation and development of the enterprise through their physical and mental labor.The new economy enterprises belong to the high input of human resources.The unique duality of human resources has physical and mental power which can not be replaced by other resources.Finding the right talents for the new economic enterprises is the most important task for the future development of human resources.Under the guidance of competency theory,psychological contract theory and enterprise life cycle theory,based on the particularity of new economy and new economy enterprises,this research adopts the research method of combination of qualitative analysis and publicity,comprehensively analyzes the current situation,existing main problems and causes of team recruitment of YC company in new economy enterprises,and constructs the basic competency and professional post competency of core teams Based on the force model,the optimization scheme of team recruitment strategy of YC company is proposed.The results are as follows.(1)In the recruitment of YC enterprises,there are some problems,such as rapid change of human resource demand,inaccurate job description,limited recruitment channels,outdated recruitment test methods,weak recruitment professionalism and poor recruitment effect.The reasons for these problems lie in the lack of competency model,unscientific selection process and effective evaluation of target positions in YC company.(2)The R&D team of YC company has the characteristics of strong professionalism,hard to estimate working time,hard to quantify and accurately evaluate labor achievements,difficult to supervise,high team spirit and high work mobility;the operation and sales team has a certain degree of professionalism,strong learning ability,strong pressure resistance,strong sense of team cooperation and high communication ability Characteristic.(3)Based on the basic characteristics of YC company's core team,this paper constructs a basic competency model including four dimensions of vision,development,motivation and results,as well as a technology R & D team competency model including innovation ability,learning ability,communication ability,skill proficiency,project management ability,logic analysis ability,demand analysis ability,initiative,team cooperation and other measurement indicators And operational sales team competency model including learning ability,communication ability,pressure resistance ability,resource allocation,business ability,team cooperation ability,interpersonal coordination,market strategic thinking,sense of responsibility and other measurement indicators.(4)In order to overcome the existing problems in team recruitment,YC company should base on the competency model,optimize the recruitment process and team,strengthen demand analysis,accurate position recruitment information and resume selection,and comprehensively implement competency evaluation to optimize the team recruitment system,so as to improve the team recruitment effect.
