Research On Chongqing Customs Information Security Management Issues And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of China's informatization construction,information security has become an area of national security as well as homeland security and economic security.The informatization construction of China Customs started early and developed rapidly,and customs business and information technology are highly integrated.The information security of the customs is related to the safe and stable operation of China's import and export trade supervision and tariff collection.Chongqing Customs,as one of the 42 directly-owned customs in the country,has established a relatively comprehensive information security management system,but there are still imperfect organizational settings,lack of information security management of affiliated customs,inadequate management system implementation,and personnel information security awareness Not strong enough and many other issues.This article attempts to systematically and comprehensively analyze the current situation of information security management of Chongqing Customs through literature research,investigation and other methods,in-depth search for existing problems and the causes of the problems,study and discuss countermeasures to solve management problems,and optimize and improve information security management of Chongqing Customs.The thesis is divided into seven parts.The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and international research status and research ideas and contents of the paper;the second chapter defines the specific definition and meaning of information security,information security management and information security management mechanism in detail,and It expounds the PDCA theory,information security management theory and risk management theory as the theoretical basis to support the research of this article;Chapter 3,comprehensively research and analyze the mechanism and information security management of Chongqing Customs from the three aspects of management system,technical system and security system Content,and analyzed and elaborated the actual effect of Chongqing Customs Information Security Management Machine;Chapter IV,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms to truly and objectively understand the current status of Chongqing Customs information security management,as well as the problems and risks in management Chapter 5: Based on the investigation and interviews in the previous chapter,summarize and analyze the information security management problems of Chongqing Customs in the management of affiliated institutions,management teams,and implementation of the system,and analyze the causes of the problems;Chapter 6 In view of the problems and causes of information security management of Chongqing Customs,targeted improvements were made from three aspects: improving the main structure and capabilities of information security management,strengthening the role of information security technology,and optimizing the support measures and methods of information security;seventh Chapter,summarizes the research content of the thesis,and proposes the goal and direction of the follow-up research.
