As A small and micro traditional festival food enterprise,A food company adopts A centralized competitive strategy,which makes the enterprise grow continuously.However,with the development of the enterprise,A food company also faces some problems in the competition,which affects the development of the enterprise.Based on A food company's existing problems and bottlenecks of competitive strategy,this article based on the theory of competitive strategy,through PEST analysis,value chain analysis,strategic layout,first proposed the idea of differentiation competitive strategy,and through the framework based on the four steps of value innovation,the reconstruction of market boundaries,redrawn strategic layout diagram for A food company,put forward across A buyer's market,cross complementary products and services,cross functional and emotional orientation three ways to implement differentiation strategies.Finally,in order to ensure its smooth implementation,A relatively complete guarantee system is constructed from the organizational structure,personnel construction,enterprise culture,management system and other aspects of A food company,so as to solve the existing problems in the competition of A food company and improve the competitiveness of the company by implementing the differentiated competition strategy.Through the research on the differentiation strategy of A food company,it can not only help the company to develop A more appropriate competitive strategy,but also provide certain reference for other companies in the industry.
