The rapid development of science and technology has promoted the social and economic take-off,at the same time,people's living standards have been significantly improved,and gradually showing a variety of needs,and the R & D Department of enterprises has to pay more attention to the diverse needs of consumers.Based on the micro level analysis,the speed of product listing and the degree of acceptance by the market largely depends on the R & D level of the enterprise.It can even be said that the R & D ability of the enterprise is directly related to its comprehensive competitiveness.For the R & D personnel of new products,it is very important to find a more effective way to motivate employees.The research object of this paper is the R & D personnel of SN Company.The research content systematically analyzes the incentive methods and approaches that are applicable to the employees of the company.In the process of discussion and analysis,various research methods such as verification method,literature research method,on-site interview method and questionnaire survey method are used to systematically discuss and analyze the current incentive situation of R & D personnel of SN Company,and summarize the existing incentive methods At the same time,it puts forward the corresponding improvement ideas and programs.First of all,this paper analyzes the incentive status and existing problems of SN Company's R&D personnel,and points out that erosive spirit incentive,insufficient salary incentive,unscientific performance appraisal,unreasonable career planning for employees and imperfect training system are all deficiencies in the incentive system implemented by the company at this stage.At the same time,it also puts forward targeted solutions and programs for the above problems,including various measures such as enriching spiritual incentive measures,promoting enterprise competitiveness,optimizing performance appraisal system,implementing group differentiation incentive and improving the quality of personnel training plan,etc.,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures in combination with the proposed optimization programs and measures,including the implementation of dynamic employee satisfaction survey System,management leadership support,create smooth communication channels and employee recognition,etc.Through the analysis and exploration of this paper,it further clarifies the current solutions and solutions to the optimization of incentive mechanism for R & D personnel in SN Company.Compared with the existing theoretical research literature at home and abroad,the biggest difference between this paper and its existence lies in the analysis and exploration based on the basic unit of the project.At the same time,from the perspective of team cooperation,this paper analyzes the incentive path and importance of incentive mechanism in R & D personnel.On the one hand,it helps to optimize the incentive mechanism and measures of the company's R & D personnel,on the other hand,it also provides reference for other enterprises in China.
