Xi Jinping’s Important Expositions On Open Economy

Since the eighteen Party’s Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has made a series of important discussions on the open economy,providing an action guide for the development of the open economy.At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the new requirements of building a new open economic system at a higher level" were clearly put forward,which pointed out the direction for the development of an open economy in the new era,which possesses grand theoretical and practical sense.By means of literature research,logic and history,and interdisciplinary research methods,this paper studies Xi Jinping’s three aspects: the conditions,contents and significance of the important exposition of open economy,so as to promote this important exposition to play a theoretical guidance role in the open economy.In addition to the introduction,this text is mainly split into three parts:The first part is about the conditions of Xi Jinping’s important expositions of open economy.From the international,China and China’s international status,this paper explores Xi Jinping’s background of the important expositions of the open economy.From the perspective of the successive leaders of the Central Committee of the CPC from the Marx classics writers and the founding of new China,we explore Xi Jinping’s ideological origins of the important expositions of the open economy.The second part,Xi Jinping’s important expositions of the open economy,is also the focus of this paper.Starting from the connotation of open economy,the necessity and importance of developing open economy,this paper explores what is open economy and why to develop open economy.Then,it explores how to develop an open economy.From the three aspects one is business environment,one belt,one road,four is the development strategy of the free trade area,the strategy of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the Yangtze River economic belt development strategy and the "one belt and one road" construction.It explores the strategy of developing the open economy,and explores the open economy from three aspects of reform,innovation and opening up.This paper explores the security mechanism of open economy from three aspects: theconstruction of rule of law,the construction of talent security mechanism and the construction of security system.The third part is about the significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on open economy.Mainly from two aspects of Xi Jinping’s theoretical significance and practical significance of the important expositions of open economy.First,from the four aspects of the open economy theory of the party in the new period of China’s reform and opening up,Xi Jinping’s new socialist China’s economic thoughts,the political economics of Chinese characteristics and the theory of contemporary international political economy,we have explored the theoretical significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the open economy.Secondly,from the six aspects of the building of the socialist modernization power,the ruling position of the Communist Party of China,the global economic governance,the new international relations,the fate of human destiny and the common interests of the peoples of the world,Xi Jinping explores the practical significance of the important expositions of the open economy.
