| With the rapid development of economy and technology,the business environment is constantly changing,and the competition between enterprises is becoming drastic increasingly,the profit margins of traditional production enterprises are constantly being reduced,and the space to reduce costs is also greatly reduced.Thus,the logistics which is the "third source of profit" becomes increasingly vital and effective for enterprises,and transportation cost is the biggest share in logistics cost.Enterprises have to implement rational and efficient modern managements aimed at logistics costs to achieve corporate profit appreciation and enhance cost competitive advantage.Firstly,this paper summarized some theories and research results about current situations of transportation cost management at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the structure and characteristics of enterprise transportation costs,researches and analyzes the current status of logistics costs of N company.And overall summary that N company has a series of problems including backward logistics cost control consciousness,traditional mode of transportation,suppliers import frequently and so on.Learning from this and combining both objective cost method and activity cost method,a more ideal logistics cost management strategy is formed.Also,according to the characteristics of N's supply chain system and the principles of transportation cost management,establish an enterprise transportation cost management system,and make the specific overall process of the supply chain.At the same time,through the establishment of optimization recommendations and implementation of safeguard mechanisms to promote its effective implementation within the company,thereby improving the overall management level of the company's supply chain,and by optimizing the supply chain management to achieve the cost goal of increasing profits and enhancing the company's overall competitiveness Strategic requirements. |
