In December 2013,"public rental housing" was recognized by a new look.Public rental housing is a guarantee system for the government at all levels to solve the housing problem of middle and low income groups.In the process of the gradual implementation of housing security policy,the housing conditions of the middle and low income groups have been significantly improved and changed.However,due to the current level of economic and social development and national conditions in our country,there are still many problems in the present stage of housing security in our country,especially the withdrawal of public rental housing.In recent years,the public rental housing idle problems and irregularities increased year by year,mainly manifested as the existence of incompatible and unfairness.It is an important measure to make full use of the social and public resources,promote the harmonious development of the society and alleviate the pressure of the government by establishing a scientific and effective public rental housing to retire from the housing problem of the middle and low income population.This article mainly through the introduction of Benxi public rental housing and exit status,further analysis of the existing problems of the withdrawal of public rental housing in Benxi,and analyze the reasons for the withdrawal problems,such as the slow renewal of the public rental housing regulations,the information sharing,the inadequate supervision and management of the regulatory agencies,and the low cost of violation.Through the comparison and analysis of the withdrawal of public rental housing in Yantai and Hongkong and other parts of the domestic cities,it is beneficial to improve the practice and experience of the withdrawal of public rental housing in Benxi.Furthermore,it proposes to establish and improve the relevant regulations,strengthen the supervision of social public opinion,establish a scientific and effective mechanism of reward and punishment,and build a complete set of’effective exit system.
