Challenges And Countermeasures Faced By Of Tax Collection And Management In The Era Of Big Data

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning Adherence to and Improvement of the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics,Promotion of the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capability" proposed:"China shall establish a sound system and rules for administrative management by using the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other technical means."This puts forward clear requirements for the government to establish a sound system and rules,actively use new technologies,improve administrative efficiency,and better play the role of the government.In the field of' tax collection and management with data as the main management element,the great challenges brought by new technologies for tax collection and management are being deeply felt.The amount of data held by the tax department is also increasing year by year with the increasing number of taxpayers.In addition,the traditional tax collection and management has problems such as lack of top-level design for data acquisition,lack of data sharing mechanism,lack of construction of tax risk model,shortage of compound talents,etc.,which directly restrict the role of big data in tax collection and management.Therefore,this article takes Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tax Service as an example,through expounding the correlation between big data and tax collection and management work,this article deeply analyzes the current situation of the application of big data in tax collection and management work and the challenges it faces.Based on the application experience of Jiangsu Provincial Tax Serv ice and Shenzhen Provincial Tax Service in tax collection and management by using big data technology,the starting point of this paper is to perfect the rules and regulations,apply big data thinking to carry out tax collection and management,improve the intelligent application level of big data platform,and train compound talents meeting the requirements of tax collection and management.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on how Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tax Service should improve the level of tax collection and administration in the era of big data.
