Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Supervising Of Banking From Inner Mongolia Banking And Insurance Regulatory Commission

With the development of market economy and financial globalization,financial sector has a great influence on China's economy.At the same time,it also affects the development of economy.The normal and orderly development of the financial industry greatly affects the national security and stability.Being a important part of the financial sector,the safe in operation has a great influence on the national financial stability also as the sustainable economic development.But with the development and change of banking,problems frequently arise in the development of banking industry.So it has a great significance to supervise effectively as well as doesn't hinder the development of banks.As the most direct supervision agency in daily operation and business developmentt,whether China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission can make a real difference is worth to focus on.This paper described the problems in the procession of the regulation from Inner Mongolia Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission to banking by the theoretical study of the native and foreign regulation.It also forwards countermeasures and suggestions by the combination with the current situation of our country.
