Research On Promotion Of Residents’ Consumption Structure Upgrade From The Perspective Of Public Policy

Since the reform and opening up,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made rapid progress toward the road of fully building a well-off society.The economy has achieved stable,rapid,and sustained development,its comprehensive strength has been significantly improved,and the per capita income of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia has shown rapid growth.The level is constantly improving.With the continuous improvement of economic level and comprehensive strength,whether the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia can be continuously upgraded with the improvement of economic structure and economic level is not only an important factor affecting the improvement of people’s living standards,but also whether the people enjoy economic development dividends It is an important reflection of the fact that the upgrade of the consumption structure of residents has a growing reaction and influence on economic development,and has become an important source of sustained and healthy economic development.With the general improvement in the living standards and well-being of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia,the consumption levels and abilities of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia have also undergone significant changes,and the quality of life of residents has been greatly improved.The consumption structure of residents in Inner Mongolia is characterized by the declining consumption ratio of subsistence expenditure,the increasing ratio of development and enjoyment expenditure,and the continuous upgrade of consumption structure.As an important indicator reflecting the quality of economic development,the consumption structure of residents is becoming more and more important as the economy of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region continues to develop,and the continuous and healthy upgrade of the consumption structure of Inner Mongolia residents.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the upgrading of residents’ consumption structure for the promotion of socialist economic and cultural construction and the realization of a comprehensive well-off society.To guide the upgrading of residents ’consumption structure is inseparable from the guidance of public policies.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the introduction of a series of policies to promote the upgrading of residents’ consumption structure is a concrete manifestation of the role of public policies.This article analyzes the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia and the public policy factors that affect the consumption expenditure of residents,studies the policy behavior of public policy influencing the upgrade of consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia,and puts forward feasibility suggestions based on public policy theory to promote the upgrade of consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia.
