Research On Compliance Risk Management Of Z Finance Co.,ltd.

The finance company is a non-bank financial institution providing financial services,serving the technological transformation,R&D innovation and product marketing of enterprise groups.In recent years,the increasingly strict regulatory environment has placed higher demands on the risk management of financial companies.Finance companies are also facing competition from a variety of financial formats,such as banking and internet finance.As a product of market globalization,financial complexity and strict supervision,compliance risk determines the survival and survival of financial companies,and on the other hand,it can create value for financial companies.Therefore,compliance risk management has become an important guarantee for financial companies to enhance their financial service capabilities,enhance market competitiveness and achieve steady development.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct financial risk management research on financial companies.This paper takes Z Finance as an example,comprehensive literature review,typical case studies,questionnaires and interviews,and on the basis of analyzing the status quo and summarizing the problems,the financial company compliance risk management issues are studied.The research results show that Z Finance's compliance risk policy is relatively complete,but it needs to be optimized in its implementation;the organizational structure of compliance management is not perfect,and the responsibility of the responsible person is not clear;the compliance management plan is more detailed,but the implementation effect is not good;There are new approaches to risk management tools,but there is a lack of regular assessment and testing;a lack of compliance culture and a lack of regular training for older employees.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes the countermeasures for Z finance company to carry out compliance risk management from the aspects of risk policy,organizational structure,risk planning,risk identification,risk assessment and risk control,and from organizational coordination,talent training and information system.Corresponding safeguard measures have been proposed in terms of cultural cultivation.The research in this paper has important reference value for Z Finance and other similar companies to correctly identify and actively respond to the compliance risks faced by the company and promote the company's standardized operation.
