Research On The Development Of Agricultural Technology Finance In Shandong Province

Over the years,the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has aroused extensive public attention.Increasing farmers' income,rural development and agricultural stability are major issues affecting the livelihood of 1.4 billion people in China.Agricultural science and technology innovation is an important driving force for China to transform into a modern agricultural power.As a major agricultural province,Shandong Province is rich in cultivated land and labor resources,with leading agricultural science and technology resources among other provinces.,However,we are facing difficulties to implement these innovations due to insufficient investment,unsound rural finance system in some prefecture-level cities and the unsound insurance of agricultural science and technology.Therefore,according to the current actual level of development of agricultural science and technology finance in Shandong Province,it is of certain practical significance to effectively improve the conversion rate of agricultural science and technology achievements and explore a new road suitable for the development of agricultural science and technology finance in Shandong Province.At present,domestic and foreign scholars rarely study the field of agricultural science and finance.Hence fewer Researches on relevant areas.This paper is to investigates and study agricultural science and technology enterprises in Shandong Province,collect and analyzes the policies and guidelines of commercial banks to support agricultural development,and makes detailed assessment and elaboration on the development level of agricultural science and technology finance in Shandong Province.Through literature research method combined with induction and empirical study,the Author takes Shandong Province as an example,analyzes the financial development in Shandong Province and discovered the following problems restricting the development of agricultural science and technology of Shandong Province: insufficient support from financial institutions,deficient rural financial system,insignificant impact of agricultural science and technology insurance,improper use of funds by relevant enterprises agricultural science and technology enterprise financial fund for agriculture use undeserved,and insufficient policy support.Regarding the problems existing in the agricultural science and technology of Shandong Province,this paper USES unit root test,Var model,Johansen test and Granger causality test method,the results show that the continuous development of rural finance in Shandong Province and Shandong Province agricultural science and technology progress rate exist long-term stable equilibrium relationship,Granger causality test shows that the rural financial development scale of Shandong Province and Shandong Province agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate there is one-way Granger causality between.According to the development of agricultural science,technology and finance in Shandong Province and the results of empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and studies the following results: first,improve the intensity and breadth of rural finance;Second,guide the main body of agricultural science and technology progress to improve their own factors;Third,to enrich rural financial services and products;Fourth,the government continues to increase support;Fifth,the establishment of professional intermediary evaluation institutions,improve the efficiency of the use of funds.Through the research of agricultural science and technology finance in Shandong Province,it is expected to promote the scale of rural finance and the rate of return of agricultural science and technology investment in Shandong Province in the future.
