Research On RX Group's Comprehensive Cost Management Optimization

In recent years,as China's market economy system has been continuously improved and matured.The environmental situation at home and abroad has undergone tremendous changes with the continuous development of the economy.Resources,environmental protection,labor protection,etc.have changed accordingly.Enterprises' investment in labor markets,energy transportation,and environmental protection has become higher and higher.Management costs keep rising,facing unprecedented high cost pressure.Therefore,for modern enterprises,if they want to seek development and improve their profit margins,then effective cost control management is extremely important.This article takes the RX Group as the research object,and first summarizes the concepts and theoretical foundations related to cost management,such as the concept of cost management,the definition and content of comprehensive cost management,and different models of cost management,etc.,to lay the theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,it described the basic situation of RX Group,introduced the current cost management system,and found that it has established a relatively complete cost management system,including cost forecasting,cost decision-making,cost planning,cost accounting,cost control,cost 7 links of assessment and cost analysis.Thirdly,after analyzing the actual cost data,it was found that its cost management system did not play its due role.Further analysis found that there was insufficient awareness of employee cost management in the cost management of RX Group,unscientific cost target management,and ineffective cost control methods.The establishment of a series of problems led to its poor cost management system.Finally,based on a complete comprehensive cost management system and the current cost management status of RX Group,propose an RX Group cost management optimization plan.Comprehensive cost management facilitates control,facilitates supervision,and can effectively monitor the process of cost occurrence.While helping enterprises to reduce costs,they can also help enterprises optimize resource allocation.Based on the actual situation of RX Group,this article analyzes and explains the key points and guarantee measures for enterprises to apply comprehensive cost management methods.While helping RX Group to optimize the cost management system,it also applies the method to cost for Chinese enterprises.Management provides some reference.
