2019 is a year full of opportunities and challenges for the textile industry,"made in China 2025" clearly calls for the manufacturing industry to move forward to "intelligent production".The rapid development of the Internet and global e-commerce platform,and the continuous improvement of the global industrial chain of the textile industry indicate the development route of digitalization,informatization and intelligence for the integration and development of information technology in the textile industry.The continuous policy support issued by the state provides more advantages and opportunities for textile enterprises.However,the downward pressure on the industry has increased,the number of foreign trade exports has decreased,the cost of raw materials has increased,and the rise in laundry and labor costs has also brought many pressures and challenges to the development of textile enterprises.This paper takes LT Textile Group as the research object.First of all,it analyzes the development status of LT Textile Group and the current situation of its market in Japan;then,it analyzes the external environment of LT Textile Group in detail and compares the similarities and differences between the Chinese and Japanese textile markets;thirdly,on the basis of the above,it uses SWOT analysis method to systematically analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of LT Textile Group,and uses QSPM matrix analysis to get LT textile group The strategy should be adopted to expand the Japanese market and the safeguard measures should be put forward.This paper studies the topic through literature research and quantitative analysis.This paper aims to clarify the development strategy of LT Textile Group for Japanese market.From the perspective of strategic development,enterprises can really seek for feasible ideas and steps of Japanese market development to help them achieve their strategic objectives for the Japanese market.
