Research On The Lack And Construction Of Social Capital In Rural Communities Under The Background Of Science And Technology Development

In the 21 st century,with the acceleration of urbanization and the advent of the Internet era,the economic level gap between urban and rural areas has become increasingly obvious.At the same time,the gap between rural communities and various types of resources compared to urban communities has also widened significantly.At the time when the decisive period for a well-off society is to be completed,we must better promote targeted poverty alleviation.We must not only focus on economic development in the countryside,but also ignore the social capital of rural communities.The latter is of great significance for promoting the development of rural communities,reducing the gap between urban and rural development,and ultimately achieving a well-off society in an all-round way.This article takes the social capital of rural communities as the research object,and conducts research in the background of science and technology.In the dissertation,a village in the northern part of Henan Province was selected for field surveys and interviews,and first-hand data and materials were obtained.The sample was used as a reference to explain the actual situation.The collected data was effectively sorted and analyzed to confirm the existence of some defects.According to the research purpose of this article,combined with the previous research results of social capital,the paper transforms the operation of rural social capital into six dimensions: social participation,cooperation and mutual assistance,trust,norms,social networks,and sense of community belonging.It addresses the problems existing in each dimension.The reasons are analyzed from three perspectives: individual level,family level and social level.Finally,combined with the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,starting from the economic,cultural,living,institutional,and scientific aspects,it is proposed that the core socialist values should be established in rural communities,cultivate and promote the enthusiasm of farmers 'community participation,and increase farmers' importance for community social capital.Participation of organizations,guide and popularize scientific and technological knowledge,and improve farmers' awareness of society through popular science knowledge.
