Research On The Use Of Regional Equity Trading Market By Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

Regional equity trading market is a market that provides equity transfer and financing services for enterprises.It plays an important role in the financing process of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially in the initial stage.China's regional equity trading market started relatively late and developed for a short time,there are still many problems,so it is necessary and practical to study the regional equity trading marketThis paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the foothold,firstly analyses the related problems(especially the financing problems)encountered in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and expounds the existing relevant solutions in the market with the theory of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.Secondly,the paper studies the role of regional equity trading market in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.By comparing the development of regional equity market at home and abroad,it finds the problems of regional equity trading market in China.Then take Jiangsu equity trading center as an example to study its role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,including the development advantages,operation results,existing opportunities and challenges of Jiangsu equity trading center,and establish a regional equity trading market index evaluation system based on AHP theory to evaluate the trading function of regional equity trading center.Finally,combined with the problems encountered in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and the operation of Jiangsu equity trading center,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of regional equity trading market in China,in order to better serve for small and medium-sized enterprises.
