Study On The Development Of Regional Equity Markets

Regional equity trading market as an important part of the multi-level capital market system, it play an important role in developing regional economy, financing for the small and medium-sized enterprise, improving enterprise brand image, stimulating listed companies and many other aspects. In China regional equity trading market is still in the exploratory stage. As policy easing in 2012, provinces have set up the local regional equity trading market one after another, regional equity trading market entered into rapid stage of development. Because of shorter development time, regional equity trading market still in the exploratory stage.Therefore, according to China's actual situation, combine with experience of other countries, finding our regional equity market development path is necessary and urgent.In this paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics and developing motivation of the region equity market. We analyze the similarity and the differences between the region equity markets. They have the similarity in position, basic business and listing standards,in the establishment of plate,business scope and service method,they are different.But our regional equity market also have problems, such as: trading system backward, imperfect regulatory system and limit the number of shareholders and others.In order to having a better understand for the development of the regional equity market, we selects Shijiazhuang Share Exchange to depth analysis.In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, facing the competition from Beijing and Tianjin, Shijiazhuang Equity Exchange has some problems,like lack of competitiveness, listed companies uneven distribution between geographic and industry and sector settings imperfectFinally, by a special return to normal, combining the characteristics of the development of the American regional equity market and the actual situation of Shijiazhuang Equity Exchange and other equity market,I give some advise for our regional equity trading market,such as improving the regulatory system, establishing the market-maker system, strengthening the link between regional equity market, enhancing innovation capability and so on.Hoping this study can be helpful for solving the problem that the regional equity market encountered in the development process.I hope this study also has a certain practical significance in promoting economic development in the region.
