| Finance is the core of modern economic operation and also the essential engine to promote the development of agricultural industrialization.Modern agricultural industrial park is an important starting point for traditional agriculture to develop into green,circular and sustainable developedmodern agriculture.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy andthe structural reform of agricultural supply,improving the financial support system of modern agricultural industrial park can inject financial support for the development of modern agricultural industrial park in multiple levels and channels.In 2019,xiananniu modern agricultural industrial park of Biyang County was successfully selected into the list of national modern agricultural industrial park.The state,province and city all provided strongly support.In order to understand the development status of national financial support on modern agricultural industrial park of Biyang County,find out the problems existing in the financial supply and demand,explore the construction of financial support system of modern agricultural industrial park,and promote the steady and rapid development of national modern agricultural industrial park in Biyang,on the basis of reading a lot of literature on financial support of agricultural industrial park,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of financial support and its support system.At the same time,the research method was used to understand the related data of financial support on Biyang’s national modern agricultural industrial park.By analyzing different types of the financial demand and supply of Biyang’s national modern agricultural industrial park,it is found that the financial supply cannot meet the existing financial demand in terms of the total amount,structure and efficiency.Therefore,this thesis explores and constructs the financial support system of Biyang’s national modern agricultural industrial park from four aspects: financial supply system,financial guarantee system,financial service system and credit information system.Finally,this paper puts forward some financial support measures and Suggestions from the following aspects: the government should increase the financial fund,strengthen the PPP level,promote the development of the "government bank insurance enterprise(insurance loan)" mode of xiannanniu industry,encourage the reorganization and listing of leading enterprises,and explore the equity financing of private enterprises in the park,so as to help the rapid and sustainable development of Biyang’s national modern agricultural industrial park. |
