Research On The Effect Of Producer Service Industry Agglomeration On Economic Growth In Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circl

The development of producer services can release the new power of economic growth,and it plays an increasingly important role in national economic development and economic structural adjustment.As an important growth level in promoting the high-quality development of China,Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle plays an important strategic support role in the coordinated development of regional economy in China.Its development results can radiate to the whole western region and even the whole country.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct a new system of high-quality and efficient service industry.This study takes Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle as the research object,sorts out the theories of industrial agglomeration and economic growth,and analyzes the influence mechanism of producer services agglomeration on economic growth.By selecting the relevant data from 2011 to 2020,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the economic growth status,development and agglomeration status of producer services in Chengdu-Chongqing twin City economic circle.In this study,a fixed effect model was constructed to analyze the static effect of producer services agglomeration on economic growth,then a SYS-GMM model was constructed to analyze the dynamic effect of producer services agglomeration on economic growth,and finally a spatial Dubin model was constructed to analyze the spatial spillover effect of producer services agglomeration.The results help to tailor regional development policies to local conditions.The following conclusions are drawn:First,the development of producer services in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is good,and its employment ratio shows an overall trend of growth,but the development among cities is not balanced;Based on industry heterogeneity,the development momentum of the high-end industry is just right,but the low-end industry still occupies a very important position in the job market.Second,there is a large gap in the level of agglomeration specialization and diversification among cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing twin City economic circle,showing a downward trend on the whole,while the agglomeration scale shows an upward trend.Thirdly,the static and dynamic analysis results are generally consistent.The specialized agglomeration of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle can significantly promote economic growth,but the agglomeration scale has the opposite effect on economic growth.The spatial spillover effect analysis shows that the specialized agglomeration of producer services in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has a significant negative spatial spillover effect,while the spillover effect of diversified agglomeration and agglomeration scale on neighboring areas is positive.In view of the above conclusions,based on the actual situation of Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as choosing the agglomeration mode of producer services according to local conditions,building industry communication channels,actively training talents and promoting the development of high-end producer services,so as to promote the economic growth of Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle.
