CUBI user experience model is composed of four components,including Content,User Goals,Business Goals,Interaction.This Model consider effective experience design is not just a pretty interface or excellent interaction,also need to considering the User Goals and Business Goals.Nowadays in the times of experience economy,the business model especially network consumer business model innovation is increasingly affected by diversified innovation driven factors.However,the user experience driven innovation is focused on the deeper understanding of the current and future needs of network consumers,and thus to develop and optimize the products and services to bring consumers and enterprises the sustained and unique value.Therefore,it is a key driven factor of network consumer business model innovation.Data driven innovation can discover the potential customer needs and the problems of the enterprise itself by collecting and analyzing customer consumer behavior data,business operations and performance data,which is conducive to promoting the implementation of the user experience driven innovation.Currently,the study and practice of the field of design for network consumer business model innovation are at an early stage of exploration,and this thesis is based on CUBI user experience model to build a systematic theoretical framework and indicator model for user experience driven network consumer business model innovation,which is used to guide and evaluate network consumer business model innovation.The topic of this thesis stems from two basic questions faced in network consumer business model innovation design research and practice:(1)what is the content structure model of network consumer business model?(2)what is the data indicator model of network consumer business mode? The first question is to answer the carrier and foundation of the network consumer business model innovation and the second question is to illustrate the evaluation basis for the network consumer business model innovation.Therefore,the study of content structure model and the data index model of the network consumer business model innovation is of great theoretical and practical significance for improving the efficiency of the network consumer business model,measuring its effectiveness.According to the aforementioned research questions,this thesis initially summarizes the content components of network consumer business mode through literature review and case study combined with the inductive analysis.In addition,this thesis puts forward the content structure of the user experience-oriented network consumer business model on the basis of analysis of the corresponding innovation driven factors.Meanwhile,the comparative analysis is adopted to summarize the common features between network consumer business model oriented by the user experience and CUBI user experience model,which is considered as a basis to import CUBI user experience model into the content structure of user experience-oriented network consumer business model,building the innovation model framework of BEEC network consumer business model,including Business Goals Layer,Experience Requirements Layer,Experience Behaviors Layer,Content Structure Layer.Through conducting the study of the content elements and influencing factors of the four Layers of innovation model framework of BEEC network consumer business model,building the respective metrics from the perspective of the user experience.In addition,GQM(consists of concept layer(Goal),operational layer(Question),data layer(Metric))paradigm is used to make data decomposition of metrics,exploring the dimension and intrinsic relationship of the data index,building innovation model of BEEC network consumer business model based on data index system.Therefore,the innovation model framework of BEEC network consumer business model and innovation model of BEEC network model based on data index system are the innovation points of this thesis and meet carrier,foundation and evaluation basis of network consumer business model innovation.Finally,this thesis applies the latter into design and development of business intelligence analysis product,through the application practices of various enterprise business sectors to this product,comparative analysis of business data performance before and after business intelligence analysis product guiding the implementation of business decisions,verifying the products and services of this products and their hidden innovation models towards optimizing enterprise,ultimately achieving the viability of business model innovation.The innovation of this thesis in theory and practice is mainly shown in the following four aspects:Firstly,this thesis proposes the innovation model framework of BEEC network consumer business model on the basis of analyzing a large number of literatures and case studies,which are used for building the content structure of network consumer business model.This thesis systematically sums up the characteristics of the user experience model development stage,summarizing that the development of user experience model mainly shows two parallel development paths of the segment field study characterized by user cognitive psychology and the integrated system study featured by product information architecture.CUBI user experience model is the experience model of an integrated system study developed from the basis of three pie charts of the product information architecture,its user goals and business goals components have already covered all content component elements of the network consumer business model.Therefore,CUBI user experience model is richer than the content system of the network consumer business model,and the former has a more specific analysis and description towards the information form and experience specification of products and services of the external form of business model.The CUBI user experience model is integrated into the content structure of user experience-oriented network consumer business model,building innovation model framework of BEEC consumer business model,which can provide the network consumer business model innovation with the implementation carrier and theoretical basis.Secondly,this paper summarizes the metrics of innovation model through an analysis of content elements and influential factors of various layers of innovation model framework of BEEC network consumer business model combined with the literature and case studies.On the basis of the literature and case studies,this thesis respectively conducts the inductive analysis of content element connotation and influential factors of innovation model framework of four layers of the BEEC network consumer business model.In addition,based on content elements and the corresponding influencing factors combined with user experience perspective,this thesis concludes contrapose the various layers: accuracy,fidelity,motivation,satisfaction,acceptance,completeness,joy,loyalty,recommended degree,the churn degree,the degree of empathy,fit,support,benefits,efficiency,recognition,branding and creativity,a total of eighteen metrics,thus to measure the degree of each content element of the innovation model is user-centric,and considered as the specific evaluation basis for network consumer business model innovation.Thirdly,data decomposition of metrics is made based on GQM paradigm,establishing dimensions and relationship diagram of the data index,thus to build the innovation model of BEEC network consumer business model based on data index system.This thesis is to define the innovation model metrics of BEEC network consumer business model as the measurement goal of the conceptual hierarchy.The task decomposition of metrics is in fact to transfer the goals into a group of problems need to be solved at the operating hierarchy,and then is to decompose the problems into several elements to be considered at the data hierarchy,each element is decomposed into several key data index,thus to build the data framework,namely the measurement model of BEEC network consumer business model.On this basis,this thesis is to build the innovation model of BEEC network consumer business model based on data index system through the study of the dimensional type and the inherent links between different types of data index,thus to offer the data suggestions and basis for improvement,design and innovation of the business model,and also to offer the systematic theoretical basis for the construction and application of network consumer platform business intelligence analysis product.Lastly,this thesis applies the innovation model of BEEC network consumer business model based on data index system to the design and development of business intelligence analysis product,conducting the analytical practice and data validation.This thesis is to apply the innovation model of BEEC network consumer business model based on data index system to the information architecture and data index system design of the network consumer platform enterprise business intelligence analysis product through the design practices,combined with the visual interactive interface to present the data index of enterprise businesses to the people who use this product.Through the use of business intelligence analysis product,observation of data index,the staff of various business departments of the enterprise can quickly discover and analyze the existing problems in various business departments,which is conducive to the development of the business decisions.The effectiveness of the business decisions is verified and evaluated through comparative analysis of the data index before and after the implementation of decisions.Therefore,Innovation model framework of BEEC network consumer business model give a more comprehensive and systematic innovation dimension to the network consumer business model.The innovation model of BEEC network consumer business model based on the data index system offers the objective and comprehensive theoretical basis for the business intelligence analysis product,guidance and evaluation of network consumer business model innovation used by the enterprise itself.
