Research On Cost Management Of SF Express Supply Chain Under The Trend Of Cloud-thing Intelligent Connection

In today's era,the competition for logistics companies to seize market share is very fierce.Increasing the level of informatization and developing intelligent systems have become the strategic commanding heights for logistics companies to enhance their competitive advantage.Many companies also use information technology to reduce their costs and improve their core competitiveness.In enterprises,supply chain cost management is known as the third profit source,and the cost control of the supply chain directly affects the enterprise's profit.Cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies can help the enterprise supply chain to realize effective decision-making,improve customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of the entire supply chain.As a leading enterprise of private logistics enterprises,SF express attaches importance to the application of modern information technology and has a relatively mature concept of supply chain cost management.Taking it as the research object to discuss the application of cloud computing Internet of things technology in supply chain cost management has certain representativeness and research value.Based on the research of supply chain cost theory,supply chain cost management theory,and cloud-intelligence theory,this paper analyzes the cost management of SF express supply chain in cloud computing Io T environment by using literature review method,case study method,and comparative analysis method.Status;detailed analysis of the business process of SF Express and the supply chain cost structure under the application of cloud-intelligence technology;from the analysis of the financial situation of SF Express,vertical analysis of supply chain cost management,horizontal analysis of supply chain cost management,cloud-intelligence Apply the four aspects of supply chain cost change analysis to comprehensively evaluate the effect of supply chain cost management;and then analyze the problems of supply chain cost management under the trend of SF Express Cloud and Smart Connect.The study found that SF Express has problems such as poor cost management in the procurement link,insufficient investment in cloud and intelligent technology in the warehousing link,high R & D investment and low-cost management effects,and a large number of hidden customer cost data.There is a shortage of technical personnel related to the management system,Cloud Things Intelligence,and insufficient supply chain information sharing.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward suggestions on building a supply chain cost management system,cultivating cloud talent related technical personnel,and further optimizing the SF express informationsystem,in order to achieve the purpose of further improving the cost management of the SF express supply chain under the cloud physical intelligence trend.
