In recent years,with the rapid development of digital economy,big data,artificial intelligence and other scientific and technological development leading a new round of industrial revolution,5G commercialization has provided new impetus for digital transformation.The rapid rise of Internet finance and the cross-industry operation of Internet companies and technology companies have brought great impact to the technological changes,operating models and business philosophy of commercial banks.In addition,with the reform of interest rate liberalization and the fierce market competition among the banking industry,the operating income and the number of effective customers of commercial banks have declined precipitously.As the main channel for traditional commercial banks to obtain customers and seek profits,physical outlets are also facing a new normal of slowing profit growth.For traditional commercial banks,it is an urgent issue to seek a way to adapt to the new market environment,to accelerate the transformation and upgrading,to survive and develop in the current rise of Internet finance.Based on the case study of C Bank Suzhou Branch,combined with the innovative,exploratory and leading features of the current economic development of Suzhou,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the operation and management of commercial bank outlets under the background of current scientific and technological progress and intelligent development,as well as the related contents of intelligent transformation.Under the new normal of China's increasingly open and mature financial market,customers have higher requirements for waiting time,business processing efficiency and channel mode of commercial bank outlets.In order to meet customer needs and focus on customer experience,C Bank Suzhou Branch uses new technology and innovative product services to comprehensively layout online and offline scene ecosystem,seize customer contacts and flow entrances first,and accelerate the intelligent transformation of grassroots outlets.Based on the introduction of advanced technology and intelligent equipment,the staff structure is optimized and the transformation is carried out from the perspective of customer experience,so as to make the service process simpler and more efficient,which is conducive to enhancing the interaction between bank employees and customers,improving customer satisfaction and enhancing customer loyalty.The intelligent transformation of commercial banks not only meets the financial investment needs of customers,but also constructs a financial life service platform for banks.Bank tellers turn to marketing staffs to provide more financial services for customers.After the transformation,the possibility of information transmission and push as well as mobile marketing has tremendously improved since the more targeted and efficient service sales process,which will become a new growth point of profit income for commercial banks.
