Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Rental Housing In Hohhot

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,China's housing security system has been continuously improved and its security capacity has been significantly improved.At present,China has built the world's largest housing security system,supporting the dream of "having somewhere to live" for the middle and low-income groups and the new citizens.Under the glorious light of the party's ethnic policy,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region has made great efforts to promote housing security,a major livelihood project,and constantly improved relevant housing security policies.As the capital city of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,Hohhot is also a typical representative of the urbanization development of small and medium-sized cities in the west.With the opening of the first high-speed railway and rail transit in Inner Mongolia,it has played a great role in promoting the development of the city group of hubao and eyu.Hohhot will also attract more new groups of citizens.and their arrival will surely increase the demand for public rental housing to a new height.How to make low-and middle-income groups and new citizens feel at ease in this dynamic city,so as to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of housing security work,has become a major issue that the current government managers are increasingly concerned about and need to solve.Author in Hohhot public housing allocation and related management a line of work and research,found that Hohhot public housing project planning layout is unreasonable,the public is imperfect,the access standard of form a complete set is relatively single,rent inhumane,after management lack of standard system,exit mechanism is not sound,the problem such as PeiJian not implement,combining with research achievements at home and abroad scholars brought to rent a house,and the domestic two typical of the city,from optimization of overall planning,perfect the public facilities,access to scientific,accurate identification,improving operation management ability,improve the exiting guarantee mechanism,actively promote rent subsidies,In order to further promote the high-quality development of Hohhot's housing security work,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the housing system of Hohhot's public rental housing by elaborating the construction policy and improving the relevant legal system.
