Investigation And Analysis On The Operation Of Dangshan Wanjiafu Fruit Professional Cooperative

At present,the cultivation and development of farmers’ cooperatives is an important method put forward by our party to solve the three rural issues and implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Farmers’ cooperatives enable farmers to enter the market in the form of organization and improve the economic benefits of agricultural industrialization.It has become an important organization that can not be replaced in the development of rural social economy.However,in the process of its rapid development,there are some problems.Analyzing the causes of these problems and finding solutions and countermeasures are conducive to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of cooperatives,giving full play to its value,promoting the income of farmers,and promoting the development of agricultural industry and rural economy.Based on reading a lot of literature,this paper obtains the theoretical basis of farmers’ cooperatives,introduces the relevant concepts of farmers’ cooperatives,expounds the research trends at home and abroad,and then investigates and analyzes the development of Dangshan Wanjiafu fruit professional cooperatives from five aspects.First,it introduces the development background and current situation of Wanjiafu cooperative;second,it analyzes the operation situation of Wanjiafu cooperative from the aspects of operation mode,organization management,equity structure,member management,production management,marketing management,information management,training management,brand management and income distribution,and summarizes its excellent practices;third,To study the existing problems of Wanjiafu cooperative;fourthly,to analyze the causes of the problems;fifthly,to put forward feasible suggestions for the development problems faced by Wanjiafu cooperative,in order to further promote its development.This paper takes Dangshan Wanjiafu fruit professional cooperative as the specific research object,make an in-depth investigation and analysis from the micro perspective,and put forward the following suggestions for the existing specific problems: first,strengthen the self-organization construction of the cooperative,promote standardized management,establish performance evaluation and incentive mechanism,accelerate the development,transformation and upgrading,and strengthen the construction of cooperative culture;second,optimize External policies,improve supporting policies,improve the training system of new vocational farmers,and promote the pace of rural informatization construction.We hope that the cooperatives can get out of the current predicament,better serve farmers and promote the development of Dangshan fruit industry.
