Research On The Influence Of Agricultural Insurance On Farmers' Income In Gansu Province

Agriculture has been playing a fundamental ro le in the development of China's national economy.Therefore,the is sue of "agriculture,rurals and farmers" has always been one of the key concerns of the party and the state.At present,China's agricultural production is still at a low level,and the quality of life of farmers has not been effectively improved.Gansu province in terms of geographic location,deep in the inland of northwest China,regional conditions,the perennial drought less rain,diverse and frequent natural disasters,to the local agricultural production activities have brought great challenges,the costs of agricultural production and operation income does not match,urgent need for effective agricultural risk management tool for its agricultural development.This artic le adopts the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analys is,through theoretical analysis and empirical test,to study the impact of agricultural insurance development on farmers' income in Gansu province.Conclusion is in control of the industrial structure,financial support agriculture,urbanization rate,per capita arable land,agricultural science and technology level and the proportion of inundated area conditions,such as density of agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance expenditure are positively related with farmers' income,shows that the development of agricultural insurance can effectively make up for farmers ' production and operation activities in various risk loss,promote the adjustment of rural industrial structure,revitalize the rural capital effectively and promote the development of agricultural science and technology innovation,is the escort a steady income for the farmers.However,the impact of agricultural insurance on farmers' income is the same in the long term and the short term,but the impact range is different,and the long-term impact on farmers' income is significantly stronger than the short term,indicating that agricultural insurance,as a policy to benefit farmers and support farmers,is necessary for long-term persistence and implementation.Based on theoretical and empirical analysis,based on the current situation of the development of the agricultural insurance company in Gansu province,in order to better secure the farmers' income,agricultural insurance shall strengthen their agricultural insurance from the propaganda,raise farmers' insurance awareness,adjust the industrial structure,developing characteristic high-quality agricultural insurance products,strengthen financial subsidies,scientific set of agricultural insurance rates,and to strengthen the construction of agricultural insurance talent team and to enhance investment in agricultural science and technology perspective,insist for a long time and carry out the policy of agricultural insurance,agricultural insurance in Gansu win should play the role of the anti-poverty battle.
