Study On The Pattern Recognition Of High Quality Urbanization Development In Gansu Province

The high-quality development of urbanization is the inevitable requirement of the high-quality development of China's economy and society.The essence of new urbanization is the high-quality development of urbanization.The main idea is to embody the "people-oriented" as the core and to implement the concept of sustainable development.Under the background of the new normal of economic growth,urbanization in the new stage has become a new booster of China's economy.In order to implement the important strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee,Gansu Province issued the new urbanization plan of Gansu Province(2014-2020),which made a comprehensive layout for the construction of new urbanization in Gansu Province,and formulated a series of policies and measures.At present,on the basis of the new urbanization construction in the previous stage,promoting the high-quality development of urbanization has become the key point of Gansu Province's economic level to a new level.In order to promote the quality of urbanization development in Gansu Province,we must explore the key factors that affect the level and quality of urbanization development,in order to identify the high-quality development mode of urbanization suitable for Gansu Province.In this paper,25 urbanization indicators are selected to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of high-quality development level of urbanization,and the urbanization level of Gansu Province in 2009-2018 is measured.The fixed effect model and spatial Dubin fixed effect model are used to empirically analyze the influence of government behavior,industrial development,external economy and market factors on the urbanization level of Gansu Province Size,and the spatial spillover effect of each influencing factor.It is found that the development level of urbanization in Gansu Province is not balanced,which is closely related to the influencing factors of urbanization.The influence factors of government behavior play a leading role in the development of urbanization in Gansu Province,while the influence of external economic factors is the least.In addition,the spatial spillover effect of Urbanization Factors among cities and states is relatively weak.On this basis,this paper identifies the high-quality urbanization development mode suitable for Gansu Province,and proposes the urbanization development mode combining the leading mode and the local differentiation mode.The leading mode can give full play to the role of government planning,centralized command and coordination,while the local differentiation mode fully considers the geographical location,population characteristics and economic basis of each region in Gansu Province The actual conditions of infrastructure and human environment make cities and prefectures carry out differentiated urban functional positioning according to their own characteristics,so as to ensure the feasibility of high-quality development mode.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the quality of urbanization development in Gansu Province,in order to provide theoretical and empirical support for the high-quality development of urbanization in Gansu Province.
