Goodix Technology Enterprise Value Appraisal Under The EVA Appraisal Method

In recent years,with the advent of artificial intelligence and 5g era,the development of integrated circuit industry is ushering in new opportunities,especially after the US sanctions ZTE in 2018,we are deeply aware that Chinese enterprises must further improve innovation and grasp the core technology in their own hands as soon as possible.At present,China's semiconductor integrated circuit industry is booming.Among them,the IC design industry is responsible for the research and development of chips,which is the origin of the industry.As a representative enterprise of integrated circuit design industry,Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co.Ltd(GOODIX),its market share expands continuously,and its stock price keeps rising,attracting a large number of investors.In this situation,it is obviously necessary to understand its enterprise value correctly.First of all,based on the research contents and methods of scholars at home and abroad,aiming at the characteristics and existing problems of GOODIX,this paper compares and analyzes the applicability of market method,cost method,income method and EVA evaluation method,and finally selects a more inclusive EVA evaluation method;secondly,according to the development stage of the company,carefully selects the applicable EVA two-stage model.Considering the business and accounting methods,this paper constructs the EVA valuation model;thirdly,through analyzing the sales scale,company operation status,financial indicators and other information of China's integrated circuit design industry,it comprehensively understands the operation of the enterprise,and lays the foundation for the subsequent EVA value calculation and analysis;Finally,Finally,we calculate the EVA over the years,put aside the assumption that the capital structure is unchanged,and predict the future EVA.According to the evaluation results,from the perspective of investors and managers,provide investment advice and methods to enhance the value of enterprises.Through the study of the value of GOODIX,this paper analyzes the development and operation of the enterprise behind the financial data,on the one hand,it provides investors with certain investment reference.On the other hand,find out the problems existing in the enterprise,and provide some reasonable suggestions for the enterprise managers.
